When almost all reviews, whether good or bad, pertain to “customer service” I realize there are problems. Thanks to Trust Pilot I now can read reviews before purchase. I’m not looking for customer service, I’m looking for five star products.

This company is bogus. It sent me a "no vacuum" storage bag which I ordered that is totally not the type they advertised online. It is an inferior product and misleading product. The vacuum bags they sent me is even worse than the ones that are presently on the market. It is simply a few pieces of crappy plastic.

Just wanted to say that the reviews are not saying much good about the actual product/s. Having even exemplary 'customer service' doesn't do much if the goods aren't much good! But I'm grateful to TrustPilot for putting me off buying any and saving me time.

I bought the hair volumizer, which, if the online commercials are to be believed, will give your hair incredible volume just by swiping the device thru your hair. 5 seconds tops. HA! The instructions say you must hold the device on your roots for 2-3 minutes. I followed the instructions to the letter and got NO VOLUME whatsoever. The return instructions say the product can not have been used, but how can you tell if the product works if you don't use it? They also give the return address as effing China!!

I ordered the round discs that are the exfoliating discs to use the shower. I was really looking forward to using these! I guess they are a joke! I got a black, green & pink one and they are useless! Either that or I didn’t have any skin that needed exfoliation, and I’m 73!!

If I could leave no stars I would. Customers service is -1. They said they delivered my package and I never received anything. Don’t buy from here.

If there is a -1 review i will click it! Very nice website and advertisement but they do not deliver the same quality as advertised. I bought their hats but the items they delivered were very ugly and cheap material. They scammed people, so never buy from them! If i can just attach a photo here, i will so everyone can see the difference!
