I ordered the car polish product a bit to quick and requested a cancellation. The order had been shipped already but they offered a refund anyway without any questions. I made a mistake with the order and contacted Support as I did not want to pay for it. Durian promptly arranged my refund before the order was dispatched. I am so happy - this is a company with integrity.
