Got the bracelet but the so call charger wasn’t in the package. It’s the stop smoking bracelet will see if it works or not.. still need charger as that’s what I paid for with the bracelet. Not happy as everyone has told me it’s a scam.

I did not receive what I ordered and now they are trying to charge me a monthly subscription fee. Do not order from them!

I made a purchase from a YouTube video ad. It said that all you have to do is plug the Castview into an HDMI port on the TV. When I placed my order there were a dozen more ads trying to make me buy more stuff, I had to be very careful to select only the appropriate options. I knew then then it was probably a bad idea. The Castview was $49 but by the time I paid shipping and a mandatory Expedite charge the total cost was $69. When I received it about 3 weeks later I found instructions indicating that it was not nearly so simple to install, and that it did not do what the ad said. I exchanged many emails with them, and pretty quickly I told them that I had no need for the item, no use for it. Instead of agreeing to a return they sent several emails trying to discourage me from returning. Eventually I said enough, I am returning it. I sent an email asking if they will accept a return. I got no answer. I was running out of time for a 30-day return, so I put it in the mail to make sure it was postmarked within 30 days of my purchase. It cost me $20 to send it from the USA to the UK, and the post office said it would take about 10 days, The next day I got an email showing their return policy which states that it has to be received within 30 days. I informed them that I mailed it within 30 days and I had no control over the shipping time. A couple of days later I got an email that I did not qualify for a refund. It was just a text message and did not look very official. It could have been written just for my benefit. So my cost was $89 and when they receive it they will no doubt sell it again. Nice for them. Their emails were all very polite and it was all crap. I have no doubt whatsoever they their delaying tactics were designed to slow down my return.

Tried to get hold of them about three times but have not had one email back from them i am going to get on to my bank again tomorrow I wish i never ordered this TV boost now and what as been said about them on here i done it again if they would just email you it would make me a bit more happy never again on here. It comes to day just put though the letter box at to run down the road to ask him to take it back he did do that for me was not sure 100/% what i was doing tried to get hold of them three times no look with them just didn't seem to care at all
