Purchased a truck at Milford Auto Annex through cars.com. Wow! What a mistake! This was the epitome of taken by a used car salesman! There is so many covered up problems, went back to the dealership and spoke to the owner Derek Ciesla who assured me the truck would pass inspection, yeah...after $3000 of work it might! This has been a nightmare! I guess cars.com doesn’t care if the dealership is honest or not. If you use cars.com, ensure you have a lawyer Incase the dealership is like Milford Auto Annex in NH, they are not “good guys” like they seem. Lied through their teeth!

Dont buy a kia! We bought a brand new sorento. We need a camera. Thats it! Car will not run without the camera since its part of the safety sytem.so no we have a brand new car we cant drive the past 6 months. We have been waiting 6 months on kia to get us a camera! We keep getting lied to and dates switched! They keep letting us pay our expensive car payments while doing nothing to fix our car! No rental is being offered. They sell cars they cant provide replacement parts for. I was going to buy a new Telluride. Not now! We only had the car a week and the glass just broke driving down the road. Same window my daughters car seat is in. After doing research i found out its a common problem with kia glass. Do yourself a favor and buy from another auto maker. Rant over!

I bought a used car from Premier Toyota of Amherst, OH. The previous owner was a cigarette smoker and I left the car at the dealership over the weekend for smoke removal treatment and they didn't do it.

Used their website to post an ad for my vehicle, paid $50 and received an email almost immediately that the listing was "approved" and would be online in a few hours. Over 10 hours later ad is still not visible online, try to contact CS and get recording that all CS reps are in a "meeting" and to call back later. What kind of company requires all its customer service people to attend a meeting during business hours?? Now its Saturday, over 24 hours after the ad was placed, and the business is closed for the weekend, so it looks like my ad will not appear for at least 2 more days at the earliest. How does an internet company close for the weekend with no one to provide assistance to customers? It is obvious that this company has no regard for customers.

Sellers (esp. individual sellers) are charged a hefty fee for advertising on cars.com, but I wonder if they are aware that if prospective/interested buyers want to "Check availability" of their vehicle, or "Contact seller", a potential buyer must agree to cars.com terms which state, in part: "By clicking here, you authorize Cars.com and its sellers/partners to contact you by texts/calls which may include marketing and be by autodialer. Calls may be pre-recorded. You also agree to our Privacy Statement. Consent is not required to purchase goods/services." So, although I am currently a legitimate, qualified, & interested buyer currently interested in a car I found on cars.com, I'm not willing to agree to those terms, and will not be contacting the seller (which requires agreement to those terms). Why should I? The seller has already paid the fee for the ad - why should he/she be denied a real, potential buyer because the company that owns cars.com insists on making additional revenue at buyers' expense by stripping away buyers' rights to privacy, with what one imagines is an open invitation to countless used car dealers & other businesses in that often less-than-reputable/ethical business arena to be provided with a buyer's information? Shockingly poor business practice - Just say no!

There is no ON-LINE buying as it claims. It makes you spent time searching for a car and then refers you to a Dealer - where you could have go by yourself prior - so the service they provide, doesn't really exist.
