Not Credible!
Cars dot com, is not credible. They sent me an offer for $3025, I go to the dealer and they offered $2000. Thanks for nothing. The guy hemmed and hawed and said they were searching for a buyer on their computers-I thought they were the buyer!

We have reviewed your customer review. We regret that you had anything less than a positive experience with us. Cars Commerce operates its site as an online advertising and research service for car buyers, sellers, and enthusiasts. Cars Commerce does not buy or sell vehicles directly and is never a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. As noted in our terms and conditions which users are required to read and accept before receiving an estimated trade-in value or conditional offer to purchase the vehicle, we state the following: "By clicking the button below, I understand that Cars.com Instant Offers are: (1) conditional offers from individual dealers, not Cars.com; (2) not always available; (3) valid for 3 days and subject to vehicle inspection; and (4) may not reflect the highest offer available.” All instant offers are subject to vehicle inspection and verification by the purchasing dealership. We hope this provides a better understanding of our services and you continue to use Cars Commerce in the future for your car selling and buying needs. Thank you. -Cars Commerce
