Ordered Parking system for my Audi A5 and received within 2days. All work thank you.

I placed an order for steering wheel. Money were withdrawn same moment. Even though delivery said 2-3 days, after 1,5 months i did not receive either any update or the item itself. Numerous reminders went without any response at all. They do not respond to emails or phones. Only thanks to Paypal could get a refund promptly.

Bought 4 items for only 3 to turn up well over the 13 day delivery period. after three weeks of emailing them with no replies they finally said this item was no longer available.A further three weeks and no more replies from them and still awaiting refund

One of the best services I have ever used. I received the item for my Skoda Octavia 3 in 3 business days and had my mechanic install it in my car. It works flawlessly. Thanks again for helping out.

The headlights are damaged, and the contact said that the headlights will be returned. After a delay of four months, there will be no refund or processing. After buying the steering wheel, the payment will be paid within 21 days, and the goods will not be sent out or refunded. Whatsapp requires it to refund and send the goods, but in the end, it will not reply or process. No credit seller

não aconselho, enviaram componente errado com imenso atraso. Não devolveram fundos nem substituiram peça, não percebem emails em inglês, não respondem a nada... É lamentavel...dinheiro e tempo perdido.

Bad rating doesn't even get near what they are really like. One month on, today, I ordered an item for my skoda. No Sign of item?? tracking status says 'in transit' but not even entered UK as yet? One Month!? I know we have Covid but come on! Worse than that, Communication Is NON EXISTENT. Take your money quickly enough though! I've asked for update, refund.... Nothing!! Don't use this company

So I was very sceptical about using this place, all the negative reviews online about used parts, no arrival or terrible customer service I wanted to try and locate the part I needed elsewhere, sadly nothing was available (or so I thought turns out Audi had released a later steering squib and I was looking for the wrong part number) anyhow I took the bullet, spending £££ on the part I needed from this store. So after ordering I get an email asking me for my car model etc etc so after agreeing to send me the more modern part I asked for tracking info and condition information (hopefully new) and sadly got no reply. I got a despatched email with my tracking on the next day and sat and waited to see how this whole thing turned out..... 22 April they marked my package as dispatched from Czech Republic, it’s now the 11th of May in a global pandemic so we will let timing slide. So on inspection surprisingly the part was brand new, well packaged and 100% Vag part. So excited I went to go fit it a little nervous it’s not going to work (As car equipment stated My F part was now a Q part after doing some digging it’s actually now a M part.....) anyway I have full VCDS and coded the whole thing in, did some tests and boom all fixed no lights. This is a few hours after doing some driving all seem well. To sum up this was a bit of a hit&miss situation, I’ve had a okay experience.... parts where all working and brand new (there’s a deal you have to break on the squib that shows if it’s been used) but customer service could have been better. Overall I’d avoid just on the fact of delivery time, if you live in the U.K. like me do try and source the parts locally before ordering from here. But if you do need something, I’ve not had the worst experience!
