I purchased a magsafe plate upgrade. Put in discount code. And it showed discount. But then i got email confirmation that it went through at full price. I emailed support and they emailed me that they were refunding me the difference and apologized for the incoveinance. Great service.

I really think Proof has a product that is worth the money. In a world of cheap products that dont hold up, they offer a product that is tough, functional and high quality. This won't be the last wallet I buy, but the next one will be a Proof and only so that I can add some variety to my wardrobe!

I bought myself a Proof Wallet last year for my birthday. I recently dropped it getting out of my car. I found it but unfortunately it has sustained some damage. I reached out to them and they said no problem, it’s covered under our warranty! It’s hard to find this level of customer service these days ANYWHERE! Thank you Proof ! Glenn Campbell
