Ava Katushka is absolutely fantastic! She is particularly focused on helping me achieve my goal - and is relentlessly focused on making every moment we spend inside our sessions and outside our sessions count towards what it is I am working towards. If you could draw an arc with your mind's eye that leads from where I am, point a. to where I want to be point b. she has optimized the path of that arc to be ultra-efficient. An example: I need to take a coding interview and a systems design interview. So, she gives me exercises that help accomplish things I need to learn to do well at both. She's smart. She's funny. She's extremely patient. If you're looking for a strong coach who can help you get there - look no further. Don't hesitate, just book time with her and you'll see what I mean.

Scheduled session with interview coach quickly. Met and received targeted feedback with action plan to improve. Would recommend this service!

Great coaches, cannot recommend enough

I found Carrus via their founder's book and I have been highly impressed by the resources available. I've been working with Meredith, one of their coaches, and have found the experience highly enjoyable, productive, and enlightning. They also give seminars that are extremely helpful.

Superb quality coaches. A gem of a site.

With Shelli's coaching, I was able to land a position with Amazon. I know for fact, there is no way I would have gotten the position without her help. I was looking for a coach who would have the patience to listen and work with my background to help me navigate Amazon's interview process. I was also looking for someone who would work with me, and not talk "at" me. And I knew from our first consultation that Shelli was that person! She helped me understand the Amazon leadership principles, and how to answer the "behavioral" questions in an in depth way. With my start date is around the corner, I look forward to working with Shelli for managerial/mindset coaching in the future.

I truly appreciated my time with Monika! Her advice helped me think outside of my box, see from different perspectives, and structure my responses well. She provided clear and honest feedback. I highly recommend booking a session with her!

I can’t appreciate Srinath enough for helping me for my upcoming interview at Amazon. He guided me with super helpful feedbacks through each phase that made me realize I was actually preparing the interview in a whole different and wrong way earlier. He went extra mile for me, showed me the right strategy and my interview went much better than I could imagine! I’ll be forever grateful to him!
