Installers were great, and got done quicker than what was anticipated!

Crew who removed old tile and replaced with new did a fantastic job. Sean and Corey were conscientious about doing quality work and made every effort to control dust created by the work. We are very happy with the finished product.

We have purchased carpet, tile, and wood floors over the years. We have worked with Mike, the manager at Carpet One, for years. He is the reason the work and the project goes smoothly. He comes to our home before, during and after to assure every detail is correct. Mike strives for excellence. Carpet one is extremely lucky to have Mike---and so are we.

I had a good experience with the salesman and the carpet is wonderful. If I had any complaints it would be the installers. They scuffed up some walls and dented the wood on a door and a step. I'm sure it's very difficult removing the old carpet and laying the new, but I wish they would have been a bit more careful.

We received wonderful service. We had a relatively small job/order but were treated like our order was very important. Two other area stores did not bother to even return calls. We will be shopping at Carpet One again!

Tami was so good helping pick out just the right carpet for my stairs.she even stopped back on her day off to see them she has great taste and was so patient and kind!!! My installers were perfectionist they took there time to match up pattern perfectly you guys have a gold mine with those too
