Performance chip tuning is a scam I’ve been waiting for a year and a half for a shipping label. They promised to send me for their product that doesn’t do a thing.

Hi Randall, Sorry to hear about your experience. However, we do not issue shipping labels on behalf of any company. Our content is based on personal experiences with performance parts, and results can vary due to many factors. We hope you're able to resolve the issue with the company directly.

Hi Weichun, We completely agree with you. In our review, we shared a similar perspective on the product. Would you be able to send this feedback directly to Innovative? They should be held accountable for their product, not us. Thanks for your support!

Thorton chip tuning
I received the tuning chip on 1/25/23. It is now 4/29/23. I have had the chip plugged into my car the entire time. Doesn't work. Doesn't improve mpg nor does it give my car more hp. I'm convinced it's a scam.

Very upset I ordered chip with Wi-Fi…
Very upset I ordered chip with Wi-Fi connection kit . I received the chip but no connection kit . I contacted customer service. They said check the invoice for shipping both where charged and listed shipped in the box. Customer service said wait around for a week and call back . I asked to speak to a boss they said no. I asked if they would call back in a week they said no. I guess they have my money and they don’t care. I find it hard to believe they can’t tell me if it was shipped differently..I guess I’ll wait a week and return it to order it form a company who cares.

So why not contact the company you ordered it from and leave them a bad review? We are a review site, we don't sell chips. Please remove this false review.
