This is a shadow company of "Indiefit" which has horrible Trustpilot reviews (for good reason). I ordered 3 items from "Caroel" in September and received tracking info in mid-October (bogus and does not tell you anything about where the items are) from "Indiefit". I have repeatedly received the run around on a refund and only receive responses telling me to "be patient". I would strongly advise against ordering anything from this company

JUST BIG SCAM. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM CAROEL. HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Don’t buy anything from this company! There is no customer service number to speak to anyone and the products are not what they appear. I ordered a medium sized dress and I got like an extra large. When I emailed my concern several times, I received no response! Scam!
