Caribou needs to work on there listening skills
I got a turtle mocha cooler, and specifically asked for extra toffee bits on top. When I got the drink there was barely any on top and it was just powder. Some people might think that I’m being dramatic, but personally If I’m paying for extra toppings, I would like to actually get them. This happens every time I go there, and I get the same thing every time. I would also like to add that I love caribou and the workers are really nice, but personally I think they could use some more listening skills.
