Warning! Punta Cana
Warning!! We spent two weeks at a resort in Punta Cana. If you use your card for payments be sure to look at the figure on the card machine. Often it is more than the cost of the item you are paying for! Your card may get cloned, two of our party had their cards cloned!! If you pay for items in Dollars cash, do not accept Spanish pesetas in change! You don’t know what the exchange rate will be as such you will be considerably short changed!! PHOTOGRAPHERS; avoid!! You have a cell phone, use it!! These photographers will rip you off on prices, they will even down load images taken of you to your mobile phone and say you agreed to purchase them! We nearly got into a scrap with two photographers, they used WiFi to transfers images over and wanted $300 dollars!! Photographers are the biggest rip-off merchants in the Caribbean!! Tip: use cash dollars at all times. Tip No2; Avoid sales reps for excursions, they are often much more expensive than going direct or using your tour operator!! Tip No3; They like their ‘tips’, only tip a couple of dollars if you feel the need to tip. Don’t be forced to tip and if you do, don’t tip $5 or more. Just a dollar or two. Trust No One!!! Safe travels! We stayed at Punta Cana Royalton. Remember this review is on a ‘Caribbean Resort Guide’.

Ady - This is about an entirely different resort. We do not operate resorts or any of the things you mentioned in your review. Can you please leave this review for the resort you stayed at or for the businesses you actually used so people reading it can be correctly informed. This information has nothing to do with us.
