Hi Jack, Thank you for purchasing from us. We appreciate your business. We provided you with the option to cancel your order for a full refund or to proceed with payment via bank transfer or an alternative card payment method. This was presented as a choice, and we explained that we are currently experiencing issues with our payment provider. It's important to note that if we were attempting to scam you, we wouldn't have called you to explain the situation and offer alternative solutions. Following our conversation, we promptly issued a refund, demonstrating our commitment to resolving the issue in a transparent manner. As a legitimate business, we have the right to take appropriate actions to ensure our operations run smoothly. We apologize once again for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we are diligently working to resolve the payment issue. We hope that in the future, you'll have a seamless experience placing your orders with us. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards,
