Tedious vehicle background research
Research research research. I was looking for any background info such as repossessions, accidents, sales, titles, etc. I believe what I was told about this vehicle is not true, so the journey started. When I did not get the information I was searching for, I contacted customer support as it seemed I was looking in the wrong place. The agent/representative who helped me was fantastic!! Patient, understanding, extremely knowledgeable, and even offered alternatives and avenues for further research. Thank you for your assistance and help!! I will be recommending this site to anybody looking for vehicle information on their own journey. Sandra
