I was attempting to get a value of my…
I was attempting to get a value of my truck, after an accident. I thought I was going to get the report for $1. The website was deceptive. Once I received a follow up text - I realized it was A $1 a month for 24 months. The person replied and reversed the ‘contact’. He was so respectful, professional and gracefully reversed my mistake. Thank him please!

I think this is a good report, it gives the important details. However, the car fax gave us the service record from the dealership.
