Car Arrived Damaged
I ordered a car from the U.S. and trusted this company since they assured me that everything would be safe and well-monitored. But when I picked up my car, I saw scratches and scuff marks on the fender, almost like it had brushed up against a wall – damage that definitely wasn’t there before. I was really upset because fixing this would be an extra cost, and it probably means repainting the entire fender... I contacted the company and explained my situation. They asked me to send photos of the damage. It wasn’t until the next day that they finally replied, confirming the car was undamaged before shipping and that the scratches occurred during transport. I don’t get what took so long – there are before and after photos, what more do they need to verify? The manager quickly tried to smooth things over and offered to replace the fender with a used part, which they’d send at no cost. I insisted on reimbursement for the paintwork since it wasn’t my fault. While they did respond fairly quickly, it felt like they weren’t too eager to process the refund. They said they’d only pay once I submitted an invoice from the paint shop. In the end, they did send the exact amount calculated by the repair shop.
