Lamp came taped together and broken. Wrote customer service both via email and through web form on Thursday. It’s now Tuesday and no response. It looks like they actually wrapped it broken and with tape FROM THE WAREHOUSE. Terrible.

Britany Magby at customer support went far and beyond to help me out I have a Carex Day light light therapy that has change my life forever Was a small issue with the stand and Britany took care of right away . Looking forward to many more happy light therapy ! Loved your product highly recommended it !!
