Pauline (customer service) was able to help clarify my misunderstanding. I appreciate how she approached our interaction. Vary professional.

What made my experience great? The great product itself and their willingness to address a miniscule issue with great and fast response... gave me 3... yes 3 options how to tackle the issue and of course I chose the one that best works for me... So... I ordered an extra pair of boots... This company should serve as a template for competitors to see how it's done right, period. I have been nothing but impressed so far and will be a loyal customer for years to come... Props... Big props!!

Finally a wide toe box dress shoe I can use with a tuxedo!

I learned about Carets almost a year ago now and I can say confidently they are the pinnacle of barefoot dress shoes. The hardest part about barefoot shoes is...well, they look like barefoot shoes, and in professional or formal environments that isn't always what you want. No one believes me when I tell them they are barefoot shoes! And they're return policy is the best I've ever heard of. My first pair were a little big, so my second pair I sized down. They fit so much better, and Carets lets me exchange the first pair for the correct size even though I had bought them months before. Their product and their customer service is second to none! I will always recommend Carets

Carets provides customer service unlike any shoe company I’ve ever experienced. Every interaction has been responsive, professional, and genuinely focused on the customer. The shoes are expertly crafted, exceptionally comfortable, and built to a very high standard. The quality is obvious from the moment you put them on. If you struggle with foot pain or simply want dress shoes that don’t squeeze your toes into an unnatural shape, these are the shoes to buy. These shoes have genuinely changed my professional life. I can finally wear dress shoes that look polished and sophisticated without sacrificing comfort or natural foot function. There simply isn’t another dress shoe like this on the market. Many “foot-shaped” dress shoes end up looking bulky or awkward. Carets somehow manages to create a shoe that looks refined, elegant, and professional. They’re absolutely worth the investment. I don’t see myself buying another brand of dress shoes. My only wish is that Carets would expand into a casual leather line, something with the same foot-shaped comfort and premium craftsmanship that’s perfect for summer, weekends, and everyday wear. I’d buy them in a heartbeat.

The customer service team is helpful, responds quickly, and professional. The product is the best looking and feeling business shoe on the market, and I've tried a few. Not looking anywhere else from now on.

We love our Carets. They are stylish and great for feet and toes. We have also had great customer service from Carets! Highly Recommended.
