Competitive pricing but lately they have been denying claims that they have paid in the past. I know they are losing money on my ACA Indiana marketplace plan and have decided not to engage the ACA marketplace for the entire nation next year. Customer service is mediocre as well as far too many calls go to foreign-based call centers
