Not satisfied at all!
On October 4th at 8:59 a.m Oregon time, I ordered a pair of clothing guards for my wheelchair. They arrived on October 14th, tried to fit them to my wheelchair, they are not going to work for me because they are to small in height & length. I would not recommend this product. I'm going to return the product on October 15th, and hopefully I will get back the money I've spent.

We have reviewed your order and the reason for the delayed shipping was that the fabric side guards you ordered were sent to you directly from the manufacturer as we did not have those in stock. We do apologize for the delay. As far as the side guards not working for your wheelchair we always recommend that you call and speak to one of our Product Experts prior to ordering so they can ensure you are ordering the correct item as most often wheelchair parts and accessories are very specific to the exact make and model of wheelchair you have. Beware!
I purchased an expensive wheelchair cushion and found it to be uncomfortable, so I asked for instructions for a return. I received a rather terse email reply telling me that it had to be received by them eight days from then. I complied and sent it the next day. When I received no confirmation from them that they had received the cushion and no credit to my credit card even after emailing them for an explanation within a month, I contacted the credit card company to dispute the transaction. I had my tracking information showing that the cushion was received 3 days before the due date. The matter was resolved by the credit card company. Just be warned!

We always strive to provide the best possible customer service and we apologize if we fell short of this goal. Most of the cushions we sell are sent directly to our customers from the manufacturer as we do not stock them in our warehouse. When this is the case and the cushion is returned back to the manufacturer they inspect it prior to issuing a credit to our account. This process can often be a lengthy one depending upon the number of returns the manufacturer has in queue to inspect. We apologize if our staff did not communicate with you in an appropriate and timely manner the process of returning your cushion and keep you apprised of the return status. The SHOX tires we bought do not fit our…
The SHOX tires we bought do not fit our Guardian wheelchair wheels. After we failed to get the tires mounted, we later found out from other websites that described these tires: "If your existing tire is a 24 x 1 inch with a pyramid shape (angled sides with a flat top) on a composite wheelchair wheel (plastic) on a basic wheelchair from Invacare, Drive, Medline, GUARDIAN, Everest & Jennings, Breezy, or any other brand where there is no hole for an inner tube valve stem on the wheel, this tire WILL NOT FIT." It would have been nice to have known this before ordering the tires.
