I have been a customer for probably about 20 years or ever since you started. I always know when I call I can rely on professional honest help. I have come to know Heather well as I knew previous employees also, Heather and others are always very patient as I decide on my order, In addition if I ask something they are not sure about they willingly take the time to research the product and contact me with their findings. It is rare that any order takes more than 1 day to receive. Your pricing and customer service are FANTASTIC! I'm an occupational therapist.
