Fantastic!
The caregiver partnership has been a lifesaver at helping in the care of my mom. The product I ordered has out preformed all of the others We've tried, and the cost is much less than any other quotes I found on line. The product is shipped automatically based on my estimate of need. On occasion I've had to change that date due to moms changing needs, and on every occasion they have met her needs. Whether I speak to them or have on line communications, they are, without a doubt, the most friendly, polite people I've ever dealt with!

The representatives of the Caregiver Partnership were always very cordial and helpful when I needed assistance. Products usually arrived in a timely manner.
The products that I purchased form this agency were always of high quality and I never had to worry about defective materials. The representatives were always to find a product that fit the needs of my spouse.

Great service
I have been using their products for over a year and their customer service is exceptional. They are courteous and very happy. They are very helpful in helping you decide what you want or need, and will send samples of just about anything. They deliver when they say they will. I have only had one late delivery and it was the result of a winter storm. I highly recommend you "try them out".

Generally good service.
Your service has always been very good. Having the product delivered directly to my door is a time-saver. However, my only complaint is that it seems to be getting more difficult to find the right spot to place my order. Once I find the right place, everything works great. I would assume that returning customers who always place the exact same order would be able to go directly to that site. Each time, it's just enough difference to require extra time. Otherwise, keep up the good work.

Dear Nancy, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We haven't' changed the checkout or reorder process on our website in at least 5 years - www.caregiverpartnership.com. The steps to place the same order again are to log into 'My Account', click on 'View Previous Orders', click 'View' on the order you wish to duplicate. In the lower right hand corner of the order by the order total is a large green button titled 'Duplicate This Order'. I am going to send you a screen shot of what this looks like to your email address. I also want you to know that you can always call us and have one of our ladies place the order for you. We usually answer all calls by the third ring and if you wish to reorder, the call would be very quick.
