About 2 years ago I had robotic prostate surgery for prostate cancer. Although I was told of many side effects that could happen, incontinence was NOT one of them. I deal with a customer Service woman who's name is Cammy. I feel like Cammy is a personal friend to me. Cammy listens to me and is Sensative to my needs and does her very best to provide me with the best possible product that will help me. I have heavy urinary Incontinence which to me is very embarrassing to even talk about. Call it a guy thing as its hard to admit that you wet your pants like an infant. Cammy treats me with the utmost respect and dignity and is compassionate in wanting to do the best she can for me. I believe that she takes it personally or at least it's how she makes me feel.
