Neil is thorough, knowledgeable and provides a terrific suite of services to his clients.

Neil is great to work with and excellent in helping to craft the perfect resume and cover letter. I have learned a lot from Neil that will help me to serve others well in my own work as a career coach who mentors under-resourced women towards workplace success.

Neil and his team played an important role in guiding me towards the right path during my job search journey. They helped enhance my LinkedIn profile, refine my resume to highlight my key skills and experience, and provided invaluable career coaching. Adding to his amazing talent in career development, Neil's approachable personality and warmth made collaborating with him a truly enjoyable experience

A complete waste of time, the coach was very rude and rigid in his approach asking questions about how things made me feel and questions that were irrelevant without providing any type value or even willingness to provide information about what they could offer.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Neil Schultz who completely transformed my professional trajectory. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. Neil demonstrated a deep understanding of the modern job market and the challenges professionals face. His expertise in various industries was evident as he quickly grasped the intricacies of my field and tailored his guidance to suit my specific career goals. One of the standout qualities of Neil was his ability to provide personalized advice. He took the time to understand my strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations, enabling them to create a tailored plan that maximized my potential. Neil’s insightful guidance and constructive feedback were invaluable in helping me refine my resume, cover letters, and interview skills. Throughout the entire process, Neil maintained a high level of professionalism and was incredibly responsive. He promptly addressed my questions and concerns, providing timely support whenever I needed it. Thanks to his expert guidance, I secured a job in my desired field. I wholeheartedly recommend Neil to anyone seeking to take their professional growth to new heights.

I worked with Neil for 8 weeks which was well worth the investment! He assisted & improved my resume along with updating my LinkedIn profile for potential employers which helped me tremendously! In addition his guidance and incredibly valuable advice were exactly what I needed to get myself on track. I am now able to articulate my strengths to the marketplace. I am a person that believes that the best investment is in one's self and hiring Neil to transform my resume from OK to demonstrating my true ROCKSTAR on paper was the best way to invest in me. He takes your story to help you create a narrative that people can't put down. I highly recommend his services. In an age where you worry about being defrauded, Neil not only did what he said but exceeded all expectations. Worth the PRICE!!!!!!

Career Upgrader took my 10+ old resume and gave it life. Neil took the time to understand what I wanted and was able to deliver a resume, elevator speech, cover letter and thank you letter. He also taught me where I make tweaks to my resume as needed, and I appreciated the skills he taught so I could take that with me. I also had 3 coaching sessions with Neil. They were customized, informative and helped me decide, “what is it I want to do from here?”. I highly recommend if you are looking for someone to upgrade your resume, let Neil and Career Upgrader take care of it.
