Did not receive certificate as promised. Unable to contact anyone with contact information provided on the website, several email addresses rejected my email and are outdated. I actually thought I was being scammed. Finally, was able to phone after AI assistance found different number. I spoke with Lynn. She was absolutely amazing and kind.
Ms. G.
The guy did a whole lot of talking. Hard to get a word in. When I ask a question, I don't need someone to keep yacking for 5 minutes nonstop then ask for my card info. I need a simple answer. Maybe you can elaborate for a minute. Listen, and let me ask questions. I was trying to learn what "reputation" coverage meant and entailed. When I ran a very old hypothetical scenario by him (I am not even with that location or that employer anymore!) to ask about different coverage scenarios for the "reputation" part, he interrupted in a stern loud abrupt accusatory tone to say "You have a CLAIM?!" I had to tell him there is no claim, to please listen and stop interrupting. The good thing is that he took the time to explain what all the coverage meant and entailed. He put the time in and it was a long time. It could have been much quicker if he listened more. We could have gotten through all my questions in 10 minutes if he listened.

Hello Ms. G, Thank you for providing this level of detail in your interaction. We strive to have overall positive customer service interactions, and we are alarmed that this occurred. Please know that we have taken internal action and have reminded our team that listening is just as important as providing a solution. If there is anything we can do to make this feel better, please let us know by calling in (again) and asking for Jeff at (866) 945-1699 or emailing us at [email protected]. Again, we apologize for this interaction and for ultimately choosing us. - Career Shield Insurance Customer Service Lead
