Not a good experience.
I was very disappointed with this company. I paid over $1,200 for their Human Resources Certification course. After I completed the self-paced course and exam, I was told I need to pay them $55.00 for a copy of my certificate. I completed everything in under three months and nothing they sent me said there was a time limit. They also tried to get me to pay $80 for "test insurance," saying it would cost more than that to re-take the test if I failed. I passed and did end up getting a copy of my certificate because I left a bad review. I did not pay them anything extra. I'm updating the review 8/5/25 because they keep calling and emailing me asking to change my review. So I changed it from one star to two stars. If you use this company, be aware that they have a deadline that is not made clear, and their certificate is only good for one year. And if you leave them a bad review, they will continually email and call you until you change it.
