Great experience working with them. Remote tech work is my goal and they're giving me a great opportunity

Dear Philip. Thank you so much for your kind words! We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us. We look forward to working with you again in the future!

I wasted my money. I spent a large chunk of money to be trained how to do software quality assurance only to not get any job leads and they were super stubborn about getting me my exit interview. which I still never got, and I've had some company's laugh at my skills taught to me by Job easy.

Dear Lenore, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear of some awkward situations you've got into recently after having graduated from the Careerist Manual QA program. We are determined to make it right with every student, would you consider sending us an email with your experience to [email protected] ? We'll make sure it's escalated to our management and reviewed thoroughly. It's important to mention that the six weeks in the course demand a big stake of your time to get trained up to the highest skill level and complete the program in full. The exit interview allows you to access our Job Application Service (JAS) department with career coaches helping you apply for jobs. We hope you give us another chance, Lenore!

A great place to start your career in technology. Well-organized approach towards the main goal. Worth investing your money. The best course by far. My dream came true. Can’t thank enough.

Very frustrating. No jobs or interviews after 4 months. Just enjoy my 499 dollars and please leave me alone. Thanks!

Dear Vishal Jha, Thanks for the review and we know how disappointed you may feel after 4 months of effort. We encourage you to keep on trying – either on your own, or with the help of the Careerist graduate community. We hope you can join our weekly graduate calls and make the most out of our resources. The job market is just starting to recover so don’t give up too soon! It sounds like you are on the ISA (Income Share Agreement) plan, which is subsidized (our company doesn’t make profit here), so if you don’t find a job you don’t owe the full tuition. But we hope that you find a job by keeping improving your interview skills and gathering more knowledge about the profession. Remember – it’s a numbers game – most job applications don’t end up with an interview, and most interviews don’t end up with a job offer. So keep on applying until this one ‘yes’ that lets you break into the tech industry.

ISA opportunity looks great. I've just finished learning Careerist's courses - QA one. I was choosing between some alternatives, but I've never find an opportunity with paying after result. Everything looks great. Good luck Careerist as well as good luck to me on my new work!

I was always living with a FAANG dream. I was working in middle-level company (don't want to write name) with salary about 3 times lower than NOW. Half of a year with a jobeasy and I have realized my dream.

There’s no magic bullet when it comes to finding a job, so I think people have to set their expectation right from the get go. If you want to find a job you either need to get lucky or work hard, especially during the pandemic. What I like about careerist (so far) is that they offer “entry level” classes that don’t require coding or complicated math. I original tried studying coding, but I think it takes too long to get to a point that I’m hireable. But if I study something like technical sales or quality assurance (manual) it is pretty fast to get going and apply for jobs. I’m happy careerist offer these courses, because I can’t spend a year studying and another 6 months looking for a job. I didn’t find a job yet but careerist team (shoutout to Julia!) helped me get an internship and my resume and LinkedIn look good. So I feel ready for applying and interviewing for jobs.

I took lots of online courses, but I think that they were focused too much on the their own teaching world –– like they didn't think how the information will apply for me getting a job. I like careerist because they try to eliminate all the bull**** and just focus on what employers want to see. I like this type of focus, and kinda refreshing. While I didn't get a job yet (I started their sales program last month), Careerist already introduced me to some potential companies I can have my internship with.
