Their resume redesign was on point! They actually made five different targeted resumes to reflect my diverse skill set, all while keeping them similar enough to each other that they'd align with a redesigned LinkedIn profile. Great cover letters too. And they were perfect at finding and applying for freshly listed, good-fit roles. Above all, these guys are incredibly ethical, conscientious, and brutally but politely honest. They told me what roles and pay were realistic, and which opportunities I shouldn't try chasing. They also told me it would likely take several months to place me, given that I'm at senior-ish level in my career (Instructional Design). Due to a bit of luck and good timing, I wound up getting a management-level offer in less than a month, which was a pleasant surprise for all of us. Because my job hunt took less time and work than usual, they've offered to give me additional support at no extra charge if I lose my new during the initial probationary period. They've also offered me a discount if I return to them at some point in the future. These are NOT contractual obligations on their part, so the flexibility is really appreciated. I believe my job will work out-- they helped me land something well-paying, stable, and uniquely suited to me, within my target pay!

I was looking for a job post graduate school during summer of 2026. My background wasn't the most straightforward and I spent two months on my own trying to apply everywhere for anything, constantly changing my resume, just trying to get traction. Hands down the smartest move I made in this job transition was to call Career Agents. They handled everything but showing up for the interviews - and had plenty of input even when I was the one doing that; there is no way I'd have landed the role I did if not for them. On top of the sheer volume of work they did every day, the resume & CV revamps, finding/researching jobs in places I'd have never thought to look, and the social and email outreach; the encouragement, support, and analysis that David, Bojana, and Steven brought to the table was priceless. I'd have paid twice what I did (if I had it at the time), but luckily they were very reasonably priced as well. If I do make another job move, will definitely be calling them first.
