Throughout my search, I had the opportunity to work with several members of the team, each bringing a unique expertise that made a meaningful difference. I especially want to recognize Alek, who was an absolute superstar. From day one, he understood the marketing and sales landscape, knew how to position my experience, and provided exceptional coaching throughout every stage of the interview process. What impressed me most was how personally invested he became in my success. Got me my new job at a higher level. I think most people underestimate how useful the consistency of applying daily is to landing a job. Also Jan was great to work with. It isn't necessarily the best for industry specific interview preparation (Ex. Product specific interviews), but overall a great experience.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I scheduled a meeting with Steven for an initial consultation with Career Agents. He did a great job explaining what they did, how their process worked, and what to expect. He was honest, thorough, and strongly believes in their ability to help people find the job and they’re looking for. After signing up with them, I met Jan who was handling my account. He worked with me to verify what type of job I wanted, the salary I was expecting, and if I wanted to work remotely, hybrid, or in-office. With that information, he explained, step by step, their application procedure, my role in the process, and what to expect. I had access to a portal that showed every job they applied to on my behalf and made sure I was kept up to date via email from Jan on how many jobs they applied to each week. They tailored 3 resumes and cover letters for the 3 types of jobs I was looking for and made sure I was comfortable with all of them before putting them to use. Along the way, Jan also requested permission to send LinkedIn messages to the hiring managers of the jobs to further increase my chances of being seen and being called back for interviews. And it worked! I had several interviews and just last month, 2 1/2 months after signing with Career Agents, I was offered a fully remote position (my preference) with a great company at a salary I was hoping to get. I can’t say enough good things about Steven, Jan, and Adrijana. They really care about getting people hired and work very hard to that end. Jan even prepared interview packets complete with company information, questions I could expect from them, and why those questions would be asked, i.e. what the employer wanted to hear from you. They’re incredibly professional and communicative, between the weekly emails from Jan and the portal I never felt as if I had to reach out to see what was being done. I highly, highly recommend Career Agents for anyone who wants to speed up the application process and free up their time. It is well worth the financial investment, I’m forever grateful to them for getting me the interview for the job I ultimately accepted.
