Whilst this company can connect you to care professionals, it comes at a price and is very misleading. You can post a message asking for help, but you can't read messages or reply to anyone without paying a minimum fee of £25! This is not made clear when you post the message, and you feel bad for all the carers who respond, as you can't even explain why you are not responding. It's a grift that is exploiting carers. Horrible!
