Great customer service

The people who I contacted if they couldn't assist were professional and full of empathy. The caregiver I did hire for the care of my mom was a PURE GEM!! Ms. Faith became family..

I felt like it was easy to find people who could help me with my elderly mother. You could describe what you needed and people would respond if they wanted to help. Also, I was able to look at people's profiles and find someone that worked out really well for us.

Used Care.com 2x for my dogs.Both times had a positive experience with the 2 women who stayed at my home while away. Would use Care.com again, but find it to be very expensive for local help in my area

The only negative would be the fee to talk to someone, but the quality caregivers I have hired from this site has been very good, and reliable, honestly I was surprised.

Immediately met many capable caregivers to interview

We had a large pool of qualified candidates to choose from and found an outstanding care giver.

Bottom line is Care has referred many more qualfied to very qualified caregivers at prices lower than I experienced from local offerings whose fees raise the take home for the caregiver. I ask myself if it makes sense to pay handsome fees to a service that produces few potential candidates that don’t seem to have been vetted. My answer is Care.com does provide a service and the caregiver and client benefit.
