This platform is good and recommended it but if you’re new in this business you need to have a good skills to negotiate with the customers because they want to pay the minimum.

While the app is great about putting people in front of you, th user aspect needs some work. It is still a very basic construct, and you cant really do your "work" on it. It did serve its purpose, and we were able to find help, which was great. It just isnt the smoothest on either side of it as a care seeker or care taker.

I love this App. I have been able to get good quality families. We can find each other by our specific needs and safely communicate. They have the assurance that I am a quality caregiver from my security check. My first family was for 7 years. My next for 5 years. And starting a new one in Thursday. The App has a few technical problems but t nothing that stops me from communicating with new families.

I have connected with really great families. Sometimes it is hard to adjust specifics on the app.

The concept is great, but the app is kind of confusing and sometimes the system won’t allow you to do certain things. Other than that good!

Great connections through care.com. I'm thankful to have them to locally share my skills and availability. I love the mandated background check as well. There are always seniors needing help and I'm thankful for a platform that allows then to connect with experienced and vetted caregivers.

I love this app, the only thing I wish it would allow us to do is rate families and how they treat those they hire to help provide child care. I feel many families treat their child care providers a bit indifferent. I wish that tests for compatibility were an option and that families would also be background checked to make sure they are safe too!
