You are thorough. You cover all the categories of concern a person has when looking for help for their loved one. The professionalism of the people who read the ads attests to the quality of the people you attract.

I had wanted to pay annually not monthly for Care.com but I accidentally touched the subscribe button, I contacted them and they told me that it would take a few days to change it but that I could go ahead and use their services. I had many replies to my request for a sitter. So there was many to choose from. We chose Ana, met all of our needs and immediately connected with our daughter. And they did change it back to the annual pay! All around very helpful!

I like the new format. It took me awhile to figure out, but I think I finally understood how to navigate. Caregivers were very confused by it however. i don't understand why you forbid sharing telephone numbers. It is vital to connect and share addressed, appointment times. some interviews can be done by phone--housekeepers for instance. i wish you had personal assistant category.

Wonderful people replied. I connected with two different people for two positions and am VERY happy with these people. I am blown away by the quality of the people who responded and their backgrounds. The housecleaner that I connected to is perfect for me and I couldn't be happier. The only sad thing was saying no to SO many good, good people.

I had generally great experiences with Care.com and the care providers sent to us. I wish that they had known pay practices in terms of their care providers.

My daughter set it up

Care.com made the process of hiring quality elder care aides much easier than I expected. I was given a template for submitting a summary of what’s needed, and within two days I had several qualified professionals offering to help, complete with summaries of experience and references.
