This sitter confirmed that she would be at my home then no called and no showed. Previously I met with this sitter and she posted one hourly rate and once she came to my home asked for an hourly rate significantly higher. I chalked this up to a language barrier but clearly she lack integrity. If she changed her mind she could have informed me. I would not trust her in my home or with my child

Swindled me out of hundreds of pounds for double charging me and not closing my account despite requests! Impossible to get hold of customer service. Disgusting company - do not use!!’

Ook ik ben zo stom geweest in deze scam te trappen. Geen enkele reactie gekregen op mijn advertentie. Wel is er zonder dat ik het doorhad maanden lang 35euro afgeschreven, terwijl ik er van overtuigd ben dat ze doen lijken alsof je voor 1 maand betaald (en er dan ook vanaf bent). Ik kwam er per toeval achter dat ze dus al maanden geld van mijn rekening trekken. Dom, dom, dom.. van mij. Ik heb het nu stopgezet, nu duimen dat ze daadwerkelijk vanaf eind januari geen geld meer van mijn rekening trekken. Holy Moly..wat een dievenbende!

I did 4 requests. It went out to about 17 people. No one was available. Communication was poor. One was booked but there was faulty communication and mixed information between the chat and the booking info mixing up dates. Sitter did not respond after first chat message.

Care giver went ghost and did not contact me back with verification information requested about having a license and insurance since the job was to drive me to a medical procedure. She also did not show up on the assigned day so I was stranded and had to take public transportation to and from the hospital.

I signed up as a Caregiver in 2024. The app had my email address from 2016 as a pet sitter. From the start they easily took the $19 set up fee but kept blocking me out. Then, they tricked me into buying their motor vehicle and background check package not knowing all caregivers have a ' carecheck' I live in Orange County CA and they want us to use fees at or below minimum wage. The app itself is not user friendly. I spent a total of $80 and it's been over two weeks. Not only have I not gotten any jobs but not even any response. It's time consuming and worthless. I would use this as a last result! A CL ad or a post in nextdoor or social media would do you better and THEY'RE FREE!

If I was allowed to leave a zero heart review I sure would ! I was contacted be care. To set up an account for my business Lee’s Kinder Academy I have in the past said not interested. I knew of the costly financial investment this would be, if I chose to sign up. Like I said in the past, I have said not interested, but they keep hounding me. Our numbers are low so this phone call the gentleman said to me that I could have a three month free trial. I said well what is free three months going to hurt me financially? Once he and I agreed to the three months free I said here is my daughter she is the technology person, and I stepped out of the conversation and left the set up My Daughter and I believe it’s a Jen to set up our site, or at least that’s what I thought was happening!!! In the month that we have had the “service”not knowing we were charged $150. We don’t know what for and then another 300+ for something called care.com commercial ? When I saw this on my bank statement, I questioned it then the lady from care.com I believe again her name was Jen called back. She was extremely rude loud offensive. I told her I wanted this canceled. She said this was a revolving fee again the man had said nothing about any of that so they thought that they were going to charge me $350 every month to use their services when in the first month, I got zero people to sign up through them!! when I asked for the service to be stopped she told me it could not be stopped and that it would be $350 every month. We are a small business. We are not a chain. I went into the same we do not have the funds to survive this type of engagement. These people are scam artist!!! do not do business with them!!! I had to completely undo my bank account to get this stoped. So that I could not be charged that 350 every month!! So very frustrating and disappointing!! I will tell everyone I can about this scam. -

To whom it may concern @Care. Com, I have reached out to you over 18 times and have gotten nowhere nothing resolved, except that you have my money and before I can even set my page up your saying that I have broken community standards... How did I do that when I don't even have the page set up?
