Found someone pretty quickly. Wish they had an easier way to figure out how far someone had to travel. However, the biggest issue was the subscription service. There is no warning about an upcoming charge and they WILL NOT refund - be aware!

Hi. I have had a mixed experience with care.com. I did find a housekeeper from here at one point but couldn't find one the next time. Many people never responding. I was very disappointed today when my account auto-renewed for $160 without any advance notice. So, make sure you put a note in your calendar of your renewal date if you use them!! *update: I added another star because I did receive a partial refund after the saw this review and reached out to me.

Stay away from this company. I paid the whole year membership and after 2 months I got an email that my account is not according to community guidelines without explanation what exactly is wrong. For God's sake, this a babysitting and housekeeping service website that connects people. What guidelines are there to violate!? I have never seen behavior like this from any company. If something is wrong, then civilized behavior would be to let the person know what needs to be corrected and give time for it to be done. Not here. You are treated like an intruder. Update: They let me know that the problem was the discrepancy of my nick name that I used to open the account with my legal name which they could have done before closing the account of a paid member. I find it strange to go through such a hoopla and close the account when this could have been simply discussed without any drastic unnecessary measures. Nevertheless, they did reestablish the account albeit the membership fees are refunded. So now, I need to pay the membership again if I wish to use the service. Again, it was an unnecessary hassle. I'm changing my experience from one star to three.

I'm still trying to figure out exactly how each and everything all works and learning how to get the Medical help at home all taken care of that way I won't have to worry about it anymore or got in a manic depression due to the fact that majority of the time it feels like no matter what I do or don't do seems to always go wrong on not at all

It is difficult to know whether the profiles on the website are old and stale and essentially ghosts, or if they represent real people who are available now.

I’m still confused. I had to pay to use this service. Am I going to get billed again? I found one person.one said it was too far. Also my husband wants a male and only two answered.
