Care.comReviews of care.com

Care guide showcased itself as Trusted House and Pet Sitters with the same logo and name as the REAL TrustedHouseSitters site. Day 1, I was scammed by someone wanting my information, and when I wrote them about this and asked for a refund, they said no, you signed the agreement, and it's good until you cancel. I was MISLED into purchasing, as I thought this was the Trusted House Sitters website. BEWARE.

Its a massive scam where they trick you into subscribing only to not even show you the individuals who messaged and its content. The teachers the messaged were out of my price range and they used to this scam me out of 40$

This is a scam. They don't even have customer service. No number is listed and the "agents" are not available to chat. They take your money without any issues but when you try to use the services, suddenly they have to verify everything. And then your phone isn't the right phone and your camera isn't working except you just verified it was. Complete scam.

Care.com suspended my account, and I have emailed them many times asking for help. I provided information about my situation, but I still have not received a fair resolution. I feel that I was judged instead of being given an opportunity to explain myself. Their customer service should communicate more clearly, review each case fairly, and respond promptly. After my account was closed, I felt that I was not treated fairly. I am concerned that discrimination may have influenced the decision,

Update: they continue to spout lies and falsehoods in their responses to me. Again, I would advise ANYONE considering any kind of membership with this “organization” to RUN the other way. They will take your money and never stop charging you. And if you think I’m an isolated case, Google this issue and look at their reviews and look at Reddit. Thousands of people have been defrauded by them. Update: Absolutely useless response. Called the number below, with my reference number and the person knew nothing. Kept me on the line for 15 minutes only to then say again a supervisor will call me within two day. Complete SCAM! Care.com is a fraudulent. DO NOT SIGN UP, THEY WILL NEVER STOP CHARGING YOU. I have tried cancelling for months and never could. The charges kept coming. I spoke with Oscar today and finally was able to get my account cancelled but when I asked for a refund of past charges I was told I would get a call back within two days. We all know that means nothing.

Deceptive enrollment flow led to me getting charged for a second product I never intended to purchase. 3 separate immediate requests to reverse were denied. Contesting directly with the credit card company. Terrible customer experience

Looking for pet sitters is a nightmare. If you dont pay a subscription price you cant even look at the response. Such a scam and waste of time.

Always a waste of time. They ask all this information and then there is an error to submit and then the page goes to an ad to get their service. Like, ask up front before I have you all my info. Thanks for nothing for childcare AND cleaning
