They tried to steal money from my dad.But the credit card company we have fought it and we won we had proof. Of their scam and we got refunded our money

Honestly the worst user experience I have ever had on a paid platform. The website crashes every few minutes, and I am taken to an error message every time I message someone who has responded to my ad. The website is almost unusable, don’t waste your money.

They all fluke in the very last minute. Very disappointing and won’t recommend it to anyone.

Ze blijven afschrijven na de zogenaamde 1 maand trial. Niet aan beginnen! Als je op de site komt staat er een icoontje met proef periode van een maand. Wat ze niet duidelijk erbij hebben staan is dat je stilzwijgend een abonnement hebt geaccepteerd. Ze schrijven het bedrag midden in de nacht af. Ik ga de bank vragen de afgelopen maanden terug te krijgen op mijn rekening.

I purchased the basic plan and they added on an extra charge for $180 a year without consent. I wrote to customer service and they told me they could not refund the money or cancel my services and that someone would be in touch in 7 days. Fraud. Do not trust.

After I paid the upfront fees I did get access to a list of sitters. But I had questions and no one ever replied back. After repeated attempts failed I decided this service was not one I wanted to use. Be very careful of this company

Ganz schlechter Dienst. Habe einmal premium gebucht aber die Nachrichten der Bewerber schienen mir teilweise nicht echt und meist mit extrem hohen Lohnvorstellungen. Ich habe ein paar Bewerber angeschrieben bekam aber nie eine Rückmeldung

Website is not user friendly. No one from care.com to help. Needed to rebook job due to time change of one time babysitting job. Didnt know how to edit time so I canceled job and rebooked for the new time. Unable to book caregiver successfuly due to website malfunction. Applicant there but unable to attach to new job. Tried to days ahead of planned date but website confused with two different jobs for same date even though they were different times. Marked applicant as "hired" on website. She applied to both jobs same date. Still not able to attach her to the job with new time. It says job canceled (job with old time). Unable to book her to new job because canceled job and new job are same date. Transaction fee for booking and canceling. No phone support. Chat representative not responding.
