Horrible experience! I put up an ad before committing to paying for a plan. I started get 2-3 replies. I was at about 5 replies/applicants and decided to upgrade so I could start reaching out. I contacted one of the applicants and she replied and said sorry, I just looked at the calendar and that is my husbands birthday we will be out of town. MIND YOU THE DATES ARE IN MY POST! How horrible is that. I feel like these are bots to get me to sign up and then of course because a bot can't babysit, once I reach out they "disappear". One of the applicants message was, I am interested, please provide more details! AGAIN, MY POST HAD ALL THE DETAILS! I replied nonetheless, and haven't heard a peep. I sent a number of messages out and no reply. If someone does reply they happen to be on vacation! Really all of the world happens to be on vacation the dates I need care.

I am a registered caregiver with care.com and have been for several years. Almost all of the jobs posted are scams with people just wanting to find your personal information. I absolutely would not recommend this site to anyone.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I bought a year long subscription and used it for 2 months. I did not find anyone suitable and was not happy with the quality of the app or candidates. I was recently charged for another year of service despite cancelling after the 2 months. I have gotten the run around from their customer service department and had to dispute the charge on my credit card. Seems like a huge money scam with dangerous potential for abuse.

The website is difficult to use and misleading as to how much info on a candidate is free. It appeared I needed to sign up with credit card which would only be used if I hired someone. I found someone to hire outside of their service. I cancelled within 12 hours. I never used the service beyond signing up. They charged me for Premium $135. They would not refund. Had a supervisor confirm no refund. The truly are a scam. Just read all the reviews.

Unfortunately, they will renew your subscription without any form of contact to notify you that a subscription renewal is due to be charged soon. Most companies usually email you to let you know something like "your subscription will be renewed on..." Care.com does not do this and I was charged x4 quarterly subscriptions of £45 for a service I wasn't using or even aware I was being charged for. When I contacted customer support, they simply said "Unfortunately, I’m unable to issue a refund of charges you’ve already incurred.​ Care.com membership is a subscription service and is non-refundable, as stated in our Terms and Conditions." This is rather disappointing, as I'm sure you all can imagine!

This site is a joke. Had to pay $40 to contact a house cleaner and, when I finally got "approved", I received NO responses form any I contacted. I think it is all run by computers because CHAT will not get me to a real person. I think it is a scam and am going to contact my credit card compnay and BBB.

The company is to take your money only. There is no one at HELP desk and the computer program is stuck on some app .....I would recommend a service instead. If you are a caregiver, you will be ripped off by this sight. The reply from Care is completely inadequate. Directed to a screen I CANNOT ACCESS BECASUE THERE IS AN APP SCREEN I CANNOT GET PAST. Stupid stupid stupid. It is also very clear in the email they are completely clueless about their own program. YES I was charged. NO SHIT The account has changed ...........or updated.....AND????? So I was given a recap of my changes. I DON'T NEED A RECAP OF THE CHANGES. I MA THE ONE WHO MADE THEM. Nice email tho. Pretending to work on the problem while running around the block. Not the same as actually WORKING ON THE PROBLEM.

Monetized at every corner. Bought the annual subscription and have recently had my posts deleted without clear reason with a link to a 5,000 word 'rulebook' they expect me to read through and try to figure out the terrible infringement I made. Find other sources.
