This is A SCAM!!!! I had to pay them for a full subscription, then immediately they started requesting access to all my phone systems. The Chatbot is the only form if contacting them and they refuse to assist with any of these issues. Additionally will not refu d my money despite NOT allowing me access. This is theft!

This is the worst company i have ever contracted with. They will take your money after making lots of promises and will totally disappear. Do not waste your money. They won't help you fill your beds if you are an Assisted Living.

I have been nannying for years. I decided to sign up with care.com. I paid and when it came to signing in, I could not get passed the authorization page. I contacted customer service and they sent me an email with some instructions. None of which worked. I contacted them again and they never responded. They continued to charge me, though. I sent in a formal request for a refund and they sent me an email back saying that they understand that this is “frustrating” that I can’t use their page, but that their policy is that payments are non-refundable. “ You keep your Premium features until September 14, 2026” which is hilarious because I don’t have any “premium features” when I CAN’T ACCESS THE FEATURES ON THE WEBSITE. Customer service sucks. Their policies suck. Stick with sittercity.

I loved Care.com. I was able to find jobs all the time long jobs that lasted me years and just recently back in March some time I was working with a man taking care of his mother when he sexually assaulted at the home and I called Care.com team to allow them to know what was going on and they decided to kick me off of Care.com and didn’t take care of him. He was allowed to make another Care.com account, but I’m banned. It’s very frustrating. A woman should be able to feel safe to reach out to someone when she is unsafe at a job. I’ve never experienced anything like this with any job that I have had. I’ve been a caregiver for 20+ years I’ve worked for hospitals. I’ve worked for nursing homes. I’ve worked for agencies and then started going off on my own with Care.com for many,many years I had so many awesome references on my Care.com site never once did I have a complaint but one time I decide to make a phone call and complain about a consumer. I’m the one who gets kicked off someone please make that make sense. Make it make sense to me. this is how I’ve made a living for a long time and it’s very frustrating. They don’t reply. They don’t tell you why they don’t even talk to you. They give you a runaround or they don’t even answer the phone or reply back e-mails. You try to make another account and they just tell you your account is limited,limited for what? Why? Why is it limited? I’ve never done anything wrong to anyone. You could ask anyone I worked for on my account if I’ve ever been a bad caregiver, care.com would never get a negative review about me. I think Care.com needs to take it a little more seriously when a woman reaches out saying that they were sexually harassed instead of blocking the woman from working and taking care of her own family. The man who did it should’ve been executed not the woman. the beautiful soul I was taking care of though She was a wonderful woman who loved me and I was with her for her last breath and I stayed, kept myself far away from him in room with the woman only even after he cornered me just because I knew she was passing in a couple days and I just wasn’t going to leave her without someone but I’m the one who’s banned. So I sent all information from my account pictures of the email and number of the situation, let’s save Care.com reinstate my first original account.

Signed up to find a housekeeper. I had to pay $38 for a single month to post an ad or message people. I messaged 12 and got no responses for 3 days. The people advertising are either fake profiles or they signed up and never see or respond to messages. What a waste of money.

Was looking for someone to provide part-time IV care. There were nurses and CNAs on the care.com site so I entered what I needed. They sent me two applicants and I had to pay for a subscription (nearly $50) to see their info and contact them.they were not qualified. Care.com then rejected my job on the grounds it is a medical service their candidates don’t provide. If so why send me applicants, force me to pay, then reject the job? They have refused to provide a refund, customer service is nonexistent, and trying to contact them is a nightmare.

Watch out for care.com; they are scammers. I signed up and paid for the membership. Three hours after paying, I received an email stating that my membership had been cancelled. I asked why and also asked about my money, but they never replied; they don't even have a phone number to call. They are scammers.

They blocked me for NO reason, Evil!
