I was scammed through a fake parenting job posting that contacted me via messages. The scammer sent me a fake link for a background check, claiming it was part of the job process. I mistakenly trusted the link and ended up losing all the money from my bank account.

Scam website that won't let you cancel membership. They lost an FTC lawsuit and had a class action lawsuit they lost for not letting people cancel memberships. They made me pay 2 years extra after I cancelled my account.

It is a legit company that you can book care from. However you cannot talk to the people before hand you just have to pick and wait for them to show up. I signed up for premium hoping to be able to chat with the folks. It never let me talk to them and they still charged me. So it’s just a sketchy untrustworthy company. Who wants to book a baby sitter without vetting the person? The fact that they could not provide services for me and couldn’t fix their own tech and still charged me is insane.

If I could go less than one, I would. I signed up and went through their vetting process. that was it. No one ever got back in touch with me. I feel like I got scammed into giving this company my personal information. The "carers" that are in my area are all fake and do not exist. Nice. Please avoid this.

Scam. Beware of hidden recurring billing. They enrolled me into some recurring billing nonsense that charged me $38.95 for 1.5 years without me noticing. No rebill emails or any kind of notification about it whatsoever. AND when I told them about it they just said "we say we are a subscription in our terms and conditions" but nothing on the checkout or anywhere at the time I signed up. I only used this website once and ended up paying $1400. And they won't even help me or refund me. Unbelievable! Scammers, such a great bunch of people... you can see that I'm not using the service but you still charge me. For what? And no emails letting me know I'm being charged every month???! That is illegal according to credit card best practices.

Terrible website, paid for one month only and the default setting is to keep taking your money at the expensive monthly rating even though you only paid for one month. They do not tell you that you have to re- set billing, so get more money. I emailed them about this and they have told me auto-renewal policy was stated on the upgrade page at the time of initial purchase as well as in their terms - I have to say this is not accessible for most people and default settings such as this are very unhelpful for the purchaser. Quality of people on this website for child care very variable and overall not great. Would not recommend.

We had a very disappointing experience. Our account was abruptly closed without any warning or proper investigation. For clarity: we were not hiring for our company. As healthcare advocates, we assist individuals and families in navigating the healthcare system — which occasionally includes helping them interview private, self-paid caregivers. These individuals are hired directly by the families, not by us. We were in the middle of coordinating interviews for a client who was depending on our assistance and expertise during a critical time. The sudden account closure disrupted this process entirely and created unnecessary stress for a family relying on us for support. The decision to shut down our account without reviewing our intentions, job descriptions, or communications with candidates was not only misguided but deeply unprofessional. It reflects a troubling lack of due diligence and understanding of your user base. We were originally referred to this platform by trusted colleagues, but based on this experience, we can no longer recommend it. We are sharing this incident with others are aware of the risks of using this service.
