Just discovered I’ve been monthly auto renewing for over 2 years. Haven’t received a single email from them in over 2 years, so had no idea I was subscribing. When I complained I was told it was in the small print! Avoid!!!!

I created an account to find a last minute babysitter for our daughter. However, after registering/paying, I learned that care.com does not allow same-day bookings. They refused to offer a refund even though I was unable to use the service.

What a scam. I had to sign up to get information on help. After requesting 3 different caregivers not one responded. This is the 3rd day and I called and requested a full refund. I was advised this is not possible however I would be removed from recurring charges. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

After a year of trying to find a job on this site, I went to cancel. And they charged me anyway because it turns out I cancelled a few hours after they charged me. Then, customer service refused to give me a refund. This company has already settled in court for misleading how many jobs are available on this site. I don’t recommend using them as a care provider or a person in need of care.

(For UK site) Nonsense website. Prompts you to trial premium saying you have received reviews & verifications- only when you upgrade these don't exist at all! It's not clear what premium gives you- it doesn't even say that in order to contact people or apply to jobs you need to be a member. If you take a trial once you are automatically signed up to an ongoing subscription where they take random amounts of money from your bank that don't align with their original pricing costs. I would avoid this site.

Horrible communication. No Refund policy but no reminder emails before the fee is going to be charged. Difficult to cancel subscription. Will never use or recommend this company again.

This company is a sham. They took a monthly subscription from my bank account for without notifying me. I signed up for month. I never used their site afterwards and they never emailed me about their services so I had no idea. They just continued to debit my account. The customer service is appalling and you cannot get anyone on the phone. I am trying to get my money back to no avail. I will continue to pursue them.

As a caregiver using their website is impossible to change anything on your profile. I contacted support numerous times and they are useless. I wasted so much time filling out information. I paid for the premium which I wasn't able to use due to their faulty website and lacking support. AVOID.
