I really like the ease of the app and the popularity. The marketing is great, because many families and caregivers are using it. Also, I think we can improve by removing jobs that have been up for a while. Also, I wish the families had ratings as well.

I worked for another nanny company and some weeks I'd get 5 jobs to choose from, then nothing, then 3....for 4 or 5 months! Then my friend told me about Care.com. She heard about on TV. I figured if they could afford to make commercials, they must be making money. Lol! Omg! I honestly had about 200 ads from possible clients to choose from. PLUS, the kids are getting out of school now and it will be insane at their office. You probably already know but you don't have to need someone fulltime. There are people who need a nanny a handful of hours a week. I cannot believe I wasted all of that time at Nanny Lane. I lost a ton of money by staying there. It's probably tacky for me to say, but they cost me alot of money! Leslie M.

Care.com has been my bread and butter for the past five years. I found a longterm position with a family near me, and since that child went to preschool I have connected with many families for various jobs. I like the fact that I can share my background check and have parents leave a review on the site. The search engine helps me find the jobs I really want in my location and pay grade.
