Wasted my time searching in caredotcom and couldn’t hire anyone for the job, only occasionally help was found
No one took the job among interviewed applicants. Some of them offered higher rates than written in their profiles. They accepted to help me occasionally. So, I have to resume the job and search again for a nanny after a week of selecting who I want. I think if caredotcom wants babysitters and nannies to declare a fixed rate, that can help people to know exactly how much it costs for them hiring someone rather than being surprised during an interview.
