We have not used our account for past six-months, thought we already cancelled the membership, but was recently charged with annual membership and enhanced background charge of nearly $348, for service that we have not used for past six-months, and will not continue to use at all. When we contacted customer care, they rejected refund.

Stay away from this company. You sign up. Get hits on the ad you place, then they send you notifications, to read responses to your ad you have to subscribe. Once you subscribe you still cant see the ads until you "Verify" by adding your license to their site. Stay away it is a scam and there is a reoccurring charge. Subscriptions are also 100% NOT refundable.

I canceled 5 minutes after signing up, I didn’t use the website at all- and the $360 charge is going to remain because of the “no refund” policy. They have a place where you can try to request them to review for a refund. Don’t even bother, they’re just going to come back and tell you that they have a no refund policy. It was an enormous waste of time and money. I will never use this website.

This company took my payment for a three month subscription, close the account within three days of opening for absolutely zero reason whatsoever, refused to explain why they closed the account and refused to issue a refund. Buyer beware. Do not be scammed.

1. Could not contact potentials because needed to get verified as employer (???) 2. The online system did not verify first, contacted support. As soon as i could enter the process, was asked for driver license and personal info. 3. As i completed their required process, they cancelled my membership and i am going to dispute my membership fee with the credit card. - Problematic online system. - Unjustified verification/requirements. - Big promise - no results - waste of time. In short - looks like was a scam. “Care” only in the name.

I have been a caregiver on Care.com for years. This should have been a straightforward re-application. I paid for another background check through their vendor. The results came back as Completed and Clear, as they should. However, two states display as "clear" in a different format than others, and my account was suspended because of how that was interpreted. When I contacted support, I received this exact reply: "We understand your concern and frustration regarding the temporary suspension of your account. After reviewing your information, I can confirm that your background check status is Completed and the results are Clear. I can also confirm that your Care.com account is currently active." Despite that email, my account was not active. I then received a second email from a different rep saying my account was closed and I needed to file an appeal. The conflicting information and the handling of a clear background check were very unsettling. As a long-time caregiver, I expected a clearer review process

The company charged me and then nobody showed up and they told me no refunds. I am disabled and never again will I use this scam company because I need you to do what you tell me you are going to do. Please do not play with me. Don't trust them. They will talk completely stupid about your money after they do you wrong. I will never book with them again.

Tegnede abonnement for en måned. Pudsigt nok skal dette opsiges. Hvorfor i alverden, det udløber jo efter en måned ??? Der var mange, der søgte rengøringsarbejde i mit område. Desværre fik jeg ikke noget svar fra dem. Muligvis gamle eller konstruerede/falske annoncer. De er meget svære at få kontakt til og kun via robot. Altså total bondefangeri.
