I am a caregiver, also a pet sitter and dog walker. Why should I have to give Care.com my credit card information? That's not how things work. This company has a bad reputation. I'll go elsewhere.

The caregivers are low class and mediocre. Even if you want to cancel the membership they will continue to bill you, even after one year, even if you do not use the services. Do not put your credit card there.

THIS PLATFORM IS A NIGHTMARE! This was a horrible experience! Only one person out of 20+ people read the job description correctly. Only one person out of 20+ treated me with respect. I only trusted that one person out of 20+ people. People ignored my messages. People talked down to me like I was a child. No one was detail-oriented. I wouldn't trust anyone here. Hire a nurse from an established, accredited business instead.

Fraud Warning! Cancelled subscription and was billed anyway...over $300 in false charges...in dispute with them and having American Express investigate! Many similar warnings on line...DO NOT RISK USING THIS "SERVICE"!!!

I entered into a subscription looking for one, a house keeper and, two, a pet sitter. Lets start with the pet sitters. Not sure how it works, but they'll find ONE match. If I don't like that match, they'll send me ONE other. On and on. I cannot request an interview of several sitters at once. Tedious, inconvenient and a waste of time. We're due at our oldest granddaughters wedding in 2 weeks! Been searching for a month! There was one girl we wanted to hire, but 30 minutes after the interview she said she wanted to whole payment up front! I'd have laughed had I the time! Let's talk house keepers! Interviewed one whose ad said "Starting at $25/per hour." As do most. She arrived with her son as an an interpreter since English was a distant 2nd language, No go! Not only would I be unable to tell her HOW I want something done, she wanted $60.00/hour! $180/week! I was surprised and asked for proof that she was licensed, bonded and insured and paying taxes. She told ME to F-bomb off! Her English got great, didn't it? Ah, but the saga continues. I did a review of her, saying exactly, and only, the a fore mentioned. I was kicked off of care.com.
