I paid for a premium background check 6 months ago. Now the results are no longer accessible. The Care customer service rep says it's because the results are only valid for 6 months. Nowhere when making this purchase does it list an expiration of results. If I'm going to pay for a background check I should be given a copy of the results. This place is a scam!!!

Care.com makes you pay just to be on their site. On top of having to pay extra fees for background check. Plus a lot of people flake a lot which is very annoying

Care.com charged my bank account for 6 months after I cancelled. They confirmed several times I had no access to my account, they could not find my account, and then refused to continue responding. They have now marked my account as closed. Terrible taking advantage of a sick customer. I would not recommend giving this company your financial info as they don’t help you if you cancel nor do they seem to care at all. Unsure if I can upload photos but anyone who wants them I have the extensive email correspondence where they confirm I have no account with them, and I have screenshots to confirm they are still charging me for no reason. I hate to come to the internet but after months of emailing (they don’t make it easy to call) they have marked my issue as resolved and it’s just a scam company with no human decency.

I contacted two people who expressed interest in my post. I explained to both what my parents needed. Both came back and said they have full time work Monday through Friday. Why waste my time saying your interested and then say you have a full time job or need a few weeks notice? I need to make sure my account is not set up for auto renew. Im so disappointed in this service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They debit your account for membership after you cancel. No notification that money will be taken or indeed has been taken. No phone number to call. If you get through on the chat they say you didn’t cancel properly when you have evidence you have. Total scam and absolutely appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs.

WHAT do I have to do to get them to STOP sending emails to my loved one! I did NOT use her name, number, email, or location for a reason - she has enough on her plate caring for her husband. Somehow they found her email, and will not stop sending her applicants. That alone is enough to say I am OUT. Horrible company.

I CANCELED THIS APPOINTMENT. I WENT NOWHERE, NEVER MET ANYONE FROM CAARE.COM AND WILL BE CACELLING MY SUBCRIPTION.SENT ME A RECEIPT FOR $165 ! They paid someone after I cancelled the job. I want my $$$ back
