I found your website very confusing to navigate and could not understand if it is even possible to try it without buying a membership. I managed to buy a membership, essentially on accident, and customer service says I am locked in for a year. I was desperate to find a sitter, but ended up using the old fashion way to get one. I will no be paying for a membership for a year to a program I do not know how to use.
