I paid the membership fee and been on the site over a week. There are no service providers who are available or will return a message. Very disappointed in the service thus far.

I paid for this service a few times before. It is very pricey. I tried contacting 8 nannies and only 2 responded, the rest have not even check their messages. Care does not provide a phone number so I can reach the nannies. I don't think I will be using this service again.

I have not been happy with the different levels of payment and what is offered with each level. I feel that you are charging 'alot' for 'little' in return unless one signs up for most expensive package.

This is the second time we tried finding a nanny using this site. The majority of results are for babysitters and so many people don't respond. It is a waste of money unless you are looking for a babysitter. The fee in general is too high. Searching on this site and keeping favorites, etc. is also hard to navigate and could be more user friendly.

I had one applicant from out of state, and Care would not offer a refund I had a much better pool of applicants from Craig's List.

Your sign up..is supposed to be free..yet you charged me $62.40. You have tudors listed from $15-20 an hr. These people are charging $25-30 an hr. When i call cust. service, voice mail says due to high call volumes, we will call u back. No call backs ever! Ur company is a joke!

We do have a free basic membership that allows you to post a job and search for caregivers in your area and is a great resource in the early process of your search. The premium membership gives you the ability to contact the caregivers, check references and run background checks. Individual caregivers will list their price based on your area and their experience and this does vary. Our call volumes have been extremely high lately and we understand your frustration. We do call back when it is requested and are sorry if you did not receive a call back from us.
