Disappointed
I had used care.com for several different jobs over the years and was satisfied with their site. However, this year I posted an emergency job at the beginning of June and heard from only 3 girls who would be gone during the time I needed somebody. This time there was no effort to try to match up my job particulars with the caregivers. Basically i was left to do all the work. And for this privilege of spending hours looking at the names and tiny messages of people who weren't looking for anything like the job I posted, I pay $36 a month.. So ive wasted hours daily finding no help while i am terribly ill. This site

We're sorry to hear about your emergency Pat. We are a self-service website that helps provide the platform of communication between families and caregivers in their area. We don't place any caregivers with families directly. We do offer a "care match" that shows how compatible a caregiver is with the position you posted. We're sorry you weren't able to find the help you were looking for and wish you the best.
